The Pilgrims holiday is on again, and with it, the chance to level your cooking with very little pain to above 300. So, being the crazy person I am, I have been cooking up a storm on a small army of toons. You don't think of the cost of such endeavours, until you try this on a toon without a lot of financial resources. I was blithely cooking away this morning, and realised that I had just spent about 15g on cooking, from a pretty limited 20g start. Hmmm. It is great not to have to mess with the less pleasant sections of the cooking grind, and it will free up some much needed space in my personal GB, but I probably should have given a little more thought as to whether the investment of 10g just to learn some cooking on a toon I really don't plan to play was sensible ... Ah well, he may be broke, but he will be well-fed :)
My sanity has not deteriorated to the point of trying to shoot rogues though, for which I am profoundly grateful. That is one of the lest pleasant parts of the holiday, especially as less people are clustered in Dal these days.
